Your cashback will start from the day you join either weekly or monthly program
In the weekly program the cashback is paid on the first business day after each weekly period for the previous weeks net losses
The cashback bonus is given from your real money losses. Losses on your bonus balance or freebets do not count
With the weekly program, when the cashback is paid, you have 7 days to wager your cashback. If it has not been wagered before this, you will lose the remaining balance on your bonus balance. So when the cashback is paid on a monday, you need to do the wagering on sunday the same week at the latest.
Week 1: 1 – 8.4, Week 2: 9 – 15.4, Week 3: 16 – 22.4, Week 4: 23 – 30.4
With the monthly program, when the cashback is paid, you have 31 days to wager your cashback. If it has not been wagered before this, you will lose the remaining balance on your bonus balance. So when the cashback is paid on 1.01.2012, you have until 31.01.2012 to wager your cashback.
Minimum cashback payment is 5 USD, EUR, GBP. If the amount is less than this, it will not be paid.
Maximum cashback payment is 1000 USD, EUR, GBP in the weekly program and 4000 USD, EUR, GBP in the monthly program
You will not receive any cashback if you have a bonus running. Cashback can only be taken after your first bonus is either completed or lost.
You need to wager your cashback bonus once before you are able to withdraw it with odds 1.5 or higher
There is only one cashback/refund per person/household/IP-address allowed within the network.
Any abuse of the offer will lead to the closure of account and no refund of possible winnings
