Specific Terms

1. This promotion is available to customers specifically invited to participate by Betfair.
2. This promotion is limited to one account per customer and only to the username mentioned in your mail.
3. The promotional period begins at 00:00:01 GMT on 05/04/2012 and finishes at 23:59:59 GMT on 09/04/2012 (“Promotional Period”).
4. All your betting on golf markets on the Betfair Exchange within the Promotional Period counts towards this promotion (“Qualifying Bets”). Qualifying Bets must also settle within the Promotional Period.
5. Should you return a net loss across all your Qualifying Bets, you will receive a refund up to the amount mentioned in your mail. This means that, if at 23:59:59 GMT on 09/04/2012, you have made a net loss across all of your Qualifying Bets, then we will refund your loss up to the maximum stated in your email.
6. Should you be eligible for a refund, it will be paid into your Betfair account within 72 hours of the end of the Promotional Period.
7. If, over the Promotional Period, your Qualifying Bets return a net profit, no refund will be applied.
8. All your bets must be matched and settled within the Promotional Period.
9. Unmatched, unsettled or voided bets will not count towards this promotion.
10. For the avoidance of doubt, commission on winning bets is not considered a ‘loss’ for the purposes of this promotion. Net losses are calculated by subtracting losses from net winnings on qualifying bets.
11. If cashback is payable in this promotion, it will be made to the customer’s main wallet, irrespective of the wallet in which losses were incurred.
