nakon što sam uzeo i odigrao reload bonus koji su mi oni sami ponudili krenuo sam verificirati račun… uploadao sam id preko njihove stranice na što sam dobio mail da im pošaljem i selfie sa osobnom i utility bill… uploadam im i to i stigne još jedna poruka da pošaljem sms identifikacijski kod kojeg su kao poslali na moj mobitel… ne sjećam se da sam ikakav kod dobio i javim se na live chat gdje mi kažu evo poslali smo ga opet… naravno, nikakav kod ne stiže na moj mob… javim se ponovno na live chat, na što mi odgovaraju da mi ne mogu verificirati broj bez koda… i tako se vrtimo u krug ja tvrdim da ne dobijam kod, njih to ne interesira i tvrde da oni šalju kodove kad god se ja javim… za neku alternativu ne žele ni čuti

na live chatu su mi predložili da pošaljem mail na support, što sam i učinio dvaput, oba puta bez odgovora… u my account sekciji istovremeno nema opcije da igrač sam zatraži verifikacijski kod (uobičajeno kod mnogih kladionica) niti da se promijeni telefonski broj… najžalosnije je što niti nemam neki saldo, 40-ak eura mi je ostalo na računu
