Start Date: 2013-01-04 00:00 CET.
End Date: 2014-12-31 23:59 CET.
Publication Date: 2013-01-03 18.00 CET.

1. Only the first sports bet placed via mobile site/application with a minimum stake of €5 (or equivalent amount in other currency) between January 4th 2013 00:00 CET and December 31st 2014 23:59 CET, if it is a losing one, will be eligible for this promotion.

2. Bets placed through a non-mobile browser will not qualify for this promotion.

3. Minimum odds for bet to be eligible is 1.50.

4. Maximum refund amount is 10€ (or equivalent amount in other currency).

5. Offer is valid only for customers who have never placed a bet via mobile site/app before January 4th 2013.

6. Offer is valid for both pre-match and live bets placed via mobile site/app.

7. System bets are not eligible for this promotion.

8. Refunds will be paid out as a Sportsbook Bonus.

9. Refunds will be paid out every Monday for bets settled in previous week (i.e. for bets placed from Monday, January 7th 2013 00:00 CET until Sunday, January 13th 2013 23:59 CET refunds will be paid out on Monday, January 14th 2013.

10. This bonus cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

11. Betting bonuses must be bet at least 6 times in our sportsbook on bets with minimum odds of 2.00, on selections where there are 3 or more possible outcomes, before a withdrawal can be requested and/or a transfer can be made to another product. The rules in this clause which are applicable to the bonus are subject to change at Expekt’s sole discretion. Any amendment will be communicated via an update of these terms and conditions.

12. Eligible turnover starts from when the bonus amount has been credited to the customer account.

13. If the bonus turnover requirements haven’t been met within 180 days, the remaining bonus money, and any potential winnings generated from the bonus money, will be cancelled and deducted from the betting account.

14. Only one bonus/refund/prize per person/household/IP-address/computer device is permitted.

15. Any abuse of the offer will lead to the closure of the account. No refund of account balance will be given. “Abuse” includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to gain multiple entries to this promotion.

16. Expekt.com reserves the right to stop any withdrawal attempt if any kind of abuse or breach of the Expekt General Terms & Conditions is found.

17. Expekt.com reserves the right to request proof of ID and proof of deposit to confirm legitimacy at any time.

18. An expekt.com account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in closure of the account, immediate disqualification from the Promotion and retention of balance on the account.

19. The above conditions are additional to the General Terms and Conditions of Expekt Gaming (Gibraltar) Limited. 20. In case of conflict or discrepancy between the English language version of these terms and conditions and the translated versions in all other languages, the English language version shall prevail.
