    da, u zadnje vrijeme im malo duže treba

    Sve jedno im posalji mejl pa ces znati razlog.. To sto se tiče zatvaranja neaktivnih racuna to nije novina, rade to i druge klade. A meni su npr svi gb-si i partybetss jos uvijek otvoreni a ne igram bas na njima..

    Evo moja iskustva: Regao sam se,napravio uvjete za 3 dana,napravio upload osobne,drugi dan verificirali,tražio isplatu, cjela za cca 12 sati,tako isto i moj frend. E sad mi drugi frend rekao da se regao,napravio upload ali već 5 dana nema nikakvog odgovora,napravio je uvjete,ima oko 100€ tamo ali ne može isplatit.

    ne može isplatiti jer mu račun nije verificiran je tako?
    znam za slučaj u kojem je majstor 7 puta radio upload doka i 2 puta je poslao dokumente emailom a oni uporno (2x) šalju email “follow these steps to verify your account” i nikakav odgovor…račun još uvijek nije verificiran – 7 dana. Vjerujem da imaju puno upita

    Imam isti problem, šalju mi već treći put isti mejl, iako sam odmah po otvaranju računa poslao sken lične karte.. I tako već 7 dana, a isti slučaj je i sa Gamebookers-om…

    ostaolo mi još 20 dana do zaključavanja računa :blush:

    Da li je netko uspio verificirat račun? poslao sam već brdo emailova i uplodao sam desetak puta i nema odgovora..ništa
    slao sam mejlove na tri email adrese

    Ja danas dobio mail od njih da mi je uspjesno verificiran racun. Poslao u subotu dokumente i poslao u srijedu ponovo i danas napokon potvrdili da je sve ok.

    Prijatelju mi isto danas verificirali racun, a on je poslao dokumente u ponedjeljak.

    Nadam se da ce i tebi brzo verificirati racun.

    nakon otvaranja računa i uplate nisam dobio bonus iako mi je stalno pisalo da uplatim za bonus, poslao sam email, ali još nema odg!
