Terms and conditions of welcome offer:
1. First Deposit Bonus offer is valid for newly registered first-time customers at EnergyBet only.

2. The use of VPN, proxy or other services and techniques, for the purposes of deliberately obscuring, hiding or changing IP addresses in order to fraudulently take advantage of bonus or promotional offers is strictly forbidden.

3. All bonuses and promotional offers are intended for recreational players only. EnergyBet reserve the right to, at their discretion, limit the eligibility of customers for any bonuses and offers.

4. Offer valid from 00:01 CET on 1st of February 2017 until 23:59 CET on Sunday 31st of December 2017.

5. The maximum bonus amount permitted per player or account is €25 (first deposit will be matched 100% in Bonus Funds up to a maximum of €25).

6. The currency stated is € (Euro), but if an account is in another currency, the values will be equivalent.

7. In order to redeem your Sportsbook Welcome Bonus, you must wager 5 times (UK, Germany and Ireland – for other countries see points 17 and 18), the bonus and deposit amount. For example, a deposit of €25 will result in a €25 bonus and you will receive into your Bonus balance a total amount of €50. 8. Only bets placed with bonus funds are included in the wagering requirements.
9. Only combi bets count towards the bonus.
10. System bets do not count towards turnover.

15. A minimum €10 real money deposit to your EnergyBet account is required to qualify for this promotion.
16. Wagering requirements for the countries Germany, United Kingdom and Ireland: five (5) times turnover of initial balance (deposit + bonus) must be wagered on betting tickets with a minimum of two selections (combi bets), and minimum total odds of 1.80 (minimum odds of any individual selection of 1.25).
17. Wagering requirements for the countries Austria, Croatia, Finland, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden: six (6) times turnover of initial balance (deposit + bonus) must be wagered on betting tickets with a minimum of two selections (combi bets), and minimum total odds of 1.80 (minimum odds of any individual selection of 1.25).
18. Wagering requirements for allowed countries other than those stated in points 16 and 17: twelve (12) times turnover of initial balance (deposit + bonus) must be wagered on betting tickets with a minimum of two selections (combi bets), and minimum total odds of 1.80 (4/5) (minimum odds of any individual selection of 1.25 (1/4).
19. When playing with bonus funds, or money that is subject of wagering requirements, it is only possible to place betting tickets with a minimum of two selections (combi bets), and minimum total odds of 1.80 (4/5) (minimum odds of any individual selection of 1.25 (1/4). It is only possible to place betting tickets which do not meet wagering requirements when playing with a real money balance that is not subject of wagering requirements.
20. Please note that the First Deposit Bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, IP address, device or shared computer environment.
21. Customers are not permitted to place bets for both sides, with the same outcome, for the same event. Bets placed on different selections within same market or bets placed on equivalent markets (e.g. Double Chance and /Asian/ Handicap bets +1/-1) are not eligible for this offer. If such bets are placed, EnergyBet reserves the right to close relevant accounts and confiscate existing funds.
22. Customers should be aware that real money funds are played first and, in the event of a bonus cancellation or expiration, the original full amount of the bonus will be removed from the balance with all previous paid bets. If there are any real money funds remaining, the customer will keep them. Example: €20 real money player deposit + €20 bonus = €40 balance. Player loses and balance stands at €25. Player requests bonus cancellation, so €20 will be removed, leaving €5 real money balance.
23. In order to transfer Bonus Money to actual balance, all bets that were placed using bonus money must be settled and final event results must be published. Return and voided bets do not count towards wagering requirements.
24. Your bonus will be redeemed within 20 minutes after settling last open bet placed from bonus funds.
25. Customer has 30 days to turnover the bonus funds otherwise the bonus along with any additional accumulated winnings will be forfeited.
26. We offer you an option to forfeit your bonuses. To do so, you will need to contact customer support. However please be aware that if you forfeit a bonus before completing any required wagering, the bonus along with any additional accumulated winnings will be removed.
27. The Welcome Offer is not valid for customers from: Afghanistan, Belgium, China, Curacao, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, France, Hong Kong, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Syria, Turkey, Bulgaria, Portugal, Switzerland and United States.
28. Deposits made using Skril, Skrill 1-TAP and Neteller, by Swedish customers do not qualify for the Welcome Offer.
29. EnergyBet.com reserves the right to close your account and block or confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found or breaches of current Terms and Conditions.
30. In case a complaint or a dispute occurs the procedure described in the General Terms and Conditions will apply.
31. EnergyBet.com reserves the right to request a copy of your ID and proof of deposit to confirm legitimacy.
32. The above conditions are additional to the General Terms and Conditions of EnergyBet.com and need to be read in conjunction with them. EnergyBet.com reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and withdraw this promotion at any time with or without cause and making available for the customers the amended Terms and Conditions.
33. In cases where terms of offers or promotions are deliberately breached, or there is a reason to believe that a bet or series of bets, placed by a customer or several customers acting in co-ordination with each other, due to a deposit bonus, no-deposit bonus or other promotional offers, leads to guaranteed profits for the customer/s, regardless of the outcome or result, EnergyBet reserves the right to reclaim the bonus or promotional portion of the offer in question and, at their sole discretion, either settle bets at the correct odds, or bets funded by any deposit bonus. In such cases, EnergyBet also reserves the right to charge an administration or other fee, up to the value of deposit bonus or no-deposit bonus, to cover costs incurred.
34. These Terms and Conditions may be published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. In case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
